Joining Knox Capital Solutions at its inception Suzanna as Director brings with her over 30 years of banking experience. Having started her career with Midland Bank in 1985, Suzanna joined their management development programme and commenced studying for her Banking qualifications.  She quickly progressed to senior management positions within First Direct, the UK’s first telephone Bank and part of the HSBC group.

At First Direct she enjoyed a variety of roles, starting off managing a Credit Team of thirty and then moving to manage teams of up to two hundred in the Contact Centre. To expand her skill base, Suzanna moved to a project management role and developed HR change management skills. It was her previous people and change management experience that she was able to capitalise on in her role as Head of Mortgages where she managed a team of 250, including both sales and operation teams across mortgages and insurance. Suzanna also has a background in process management and systems thinking where the client is centric to the organisation. Suzanna also studied at post graduate level at Leeds Business School whilst at First Direct graduating in 2003 with a post graduate certificate in Business.

Since moving to the Isle of Man in 2007, Suzanna worked at Barclays Wealth where she established and led the Continuous Improvement Team covering the Isle of Man, Glasgow and Singapore. In November 2014 Suzanna joined an independent boutique investment house as Head of Operations and transformed their operating model whilst developing her knowledge in a new area of Finance.
