We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Finance Manager to join our award-winning team. Ideally, we are seeking someone from a Finance background with proven track-record in sales and delivering results.
About the role
The role will enable the successful candidate to work remotely and highly collaboratively with our Managing Director. This is a fantastic opportunity for those with a business development or sales background who are looking to make a real difference within a small, but dynamic business. The role offers the right individual the chance to have autonomy in developing the sales strategy to drive new business opportunities and support the ongoing growth and development of Knox Capital Solutions.
Responsibilities will include:
- Developing new business opportunities within the London area
- Full autonomy to manage your own sales pipeline
- Establish & Maintain professional contacts network
- Sourcing of debt brokering enquiries
- Working on finance leads received from the wider Knox group of companies
- Managing the clients from initial proposal through to drawdown of the lending secured
About You:
You will play a key role in driving new business opportunities, thus you will need:
- A background in finance
- Understanding of financial statements and the ability to interpret/appraise the figures
- Experience in the preparation of credit briefing notes
- Be a highly motivated, proactive self-starter with an active introducer client base
- Entrepreneurial mind-set
- Goal-Orientated & Target Driven
- Be flexible & adaptable to the changing needs of the business
- Experience in post approval drawdown requirements with an understanding of valuation and security processes
