With the easing of lockdown restrictions and a return to some form of normality for most, the team at KCS felt it timely to update on their activity to date.
Despite the ongoing economic uncertainties, the team feel in a fortunate position, having completed a number of client transactions during Q1 which totalled in excess of £40m. Whilst by no means back to pre-covid levels, this strong start to the year has ensured the KCS team are feeling optimistic about the year ahead and the industry as a whole.
Hot on the success of having been named “Bridging Broker of the Year” by the NACFB at their inaugural Commercial Broker Awards last December, the team’s success in this sector has continued to flourish. One of which the team were able to complete within 6 working days. Further success stories include a large commercial refinance, a business acquisition facility. Several complex overseas ownership loans along with a large land loan.
No doubt the team will continue to face further challenges as the full economic impact of the global pandemic continues to unfold. But regardless of this and as these client success stories demonstrate, the team are more than ready to rise to the challenge.
