The confidence you instilled in us as a developer with little financial skills was warming. You took the aggravation and frustration from form filling complex proformas away.  The speed at which you found a willing investor was amazing and the deal you secured for us was astonishingly good in any market.  Your rates are competitive and you made the whole experience a pleasure rather than the ordeal I was expecting.
