We’re on the countdown this week to the 2022 Business Moneyfacts Awards which take place in London on Thursday 28th April. As previously shared, we’re delighted to have been shortlisted for their ‘Commercial Mortgage Introducer of the Year’ award, so we’re keeping everything crossed for good news. With this event imminent, it led us to reflect on the first quarter of the year’s performance and to share some examples of recent client work.
Much of our success is down to the relationships we build with our clients, ensuring that we have a full and detailed understanding of their requirements before we create any proposals for them. This approach has resulted in delighted clients, many of whom have then gone on to recommend our services to friends, family and colleagues. Coupled with this are the successful relationships we have developed with a broad range of lenders, giving us a wide range of options to consider for clients, and be able to offer tailor made solutions which are often that little bit different.

- £6.7M BTL Portfolio Funding line for a non-UK Individual
- £6M Commercial Property Refinance Term Loan
- £2.5M Development Facility – combining a mix of Senior & Mezzanine Debt facility
- £500K Single Stock Loan
- Development funding secured for a client’s first ground-up project with a GDV of £3.7M

Looking Ahead
Whilst the restrictions of the global pandemic may now be removed, the economic impact is still being felt around the world. Add into the mix, the conflict in the Ukraine, interest rates on the rise and inflation at a 30-year high, the need to remain adaptive and flexible to the changing situation remains a priority.
Hopefully, the case studies we have shared highlight that we will always go the extra mile for our clients to get deals over the line, regardless of the barriers or challenges that we may be faced with. So, whatever happens on Thursday night at the awards ceremony – we will be celebrating regardless, happy in the knowledge that our team are committed to getting to know our clients and seeking out the best deals for them.
